Orders & Shipping 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and are delivered based on USPS delivery schedules (i.e. not on Sundays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All tracking and order information will be sent via email. Please add [email protected] to your address book, or check your spam or junk folder to ensure receipt of correspondence.

Price is subject to change without notice and will be adjusted to Seller’s price in effect at the time of shipment.

The buyer assumes liability for all taxes and custom fees which are or may become applicable to this transaction. Prices do not include any taxes unless so specified on the quotation or on the acknowledgment of order.

 

 

 

Guardian Games ships via USPS Priority Mail. If you have an issue please contact [email protected] and we will create a quote for you. Make sure you have an account with the correct shipping address and phone number.

  • Depending on the size and weight of your order the shipping costs will vary. 0-5lbs is $8, 5-12lbs is $15, 12-30lbs is $20, and 30-70lbs is $25. Orders placed over $250 will receive free shipping.
  • Aerosol paints need to be sent exclusively ground shipping. If you would like us to ship you aerosol paints please contact [email protected] and we will create a quote for you. Make sure you have an account with the correct shipping address and phone number.

UPS

UPS Shipping is available.

Return & Refund Policy

All returns require approval and a return merchandise authorization. Please contact [email protected] for approval before sending back merchandise.

Recess Games will accept returns on all unopened products within 2 weeks of delivery. Recess Games does not cover shipping costs on returns. Seasonal items, sale items, and discounted items are FINAL SALE. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer, you may call our store or [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
